Shipping policy

At Apex Collectables, we specialise in authentic and rare motorsport memorabilia. Many of our items vary significantly in size, weight and value — from signed collectibles to race-used tyres and bodywork.

For this reason, our shipping structure is tailored to each type of item.

UK Shipping

1. Standard UK Shipping (Fixed Rates)

Smaller items and standard-sized collectibles are shipped using fixed UK delivery rates calculated at checkout.

These typically include:

  • Signed photos and framed items
  • Small memorabilia pieces
  • Compact automotive components

Delivery time: 2–5 working days
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

All items are securely packaged and protected.

2. Large or Specialist Items (Custom Shipping Quote – UK)

Certain items require specialist handling due to:

  • Size
  • Weight
  • Fragility
  • High value

Examples include:

  • Race-used tyres
  • Body panels
  • Large automotive parts
  • Oversized framed displays

For these products, customers are required to complete a shipping request form.

Once submitted, we will:

  • Calculate the most suitable courier option
  • Provide a tailored shipping quote
  • Confirm estimated delivery timeframe

No shipping charge is applied until the custom quote is agreed.

International Shipping

Due to the specialist nature of our products, all international shipping is handled via custom quote.

Customers outside the UK must complete the shipping request form on the product page.

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Confirm shipping feasibility
  • Provide a personalised shipping cost
  • Advise on estimated delivery times

Please note:

  • Import duties and local taxes are not included
  • Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination

We aim to secure the safest and most cost-effective solution for each international order.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 working days
  • Custom shipping items: dispatched once quote is approved and payment completed

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Packaging & Protection

Every item is:

  • Carefully inspected
  • Professionally packaged
  • Secured to prevent movement and transit damage

High-value shipments may require:

  • Signature on delivery
  • Additional insurance

Tracking

Tracking details are provided once the item has been dispatched.

For specialist courier shipments, tracking and delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly.
