Return Policy

Apex Collectables does not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Returns will only be considered for items that have been damaged in transit. For items valued over £100, we strongly recommend that the purchaser requests a quotation for full shipping insurance, as all items are shipped on an ex works basis.

In the event of damage, a formal investigation must be opened with the courier. The purchaser will be required to provide photographic evidence and may need to assist with the courier’s claims process.
