Terms and Conditions

By placing a f1 memorabilia or f1 collectables or any other order through the Apex Collectables website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement and to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Apex Collectables accept payment for f1 memorabilia, f1 collectables or any other order via Paypal, major debit/credit cards and/or bank transfer.

Shipping of f1 memorabilia, f1 collectables or any other products to addresses in the UK will be provided at standard UK shipping prices whereas international orders will be charged at the normal rates. Customers from outside of the UK or those who purchase multiple items together then please contact us for shipping quotes.

Apex Collectables will not accept returns due to a change of mind.  Apex Collectables will only consider returns if items which are damaged in transit. For items over £100 we strongly suggest the purchaser asks for a quote for full insurance as we ship all items on an ex works basis. A full investigation/case has to be raised with the courier  and the purchaser will have to provide photographic evidence and potentially have to contribute to the raised case with courier. At point of dispatch of the goods Apex Collectables will notify the customer of the tracking number for the item from the selected courier supplier.

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with Apex Collectables.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. 

This varies by country, and Apex Collectables encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. The purchaser of the product purchased from Apex Collectables is responsible for paying any import duties/taxes or charges to get the goods into their home country. If you refuse to pay these duties/taxes and charges upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Apex Collectables at the customer’s expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

The shipment of parcel purchases can be insured upon request of the buyer at their own expense. Please contact us prior to placing order to discuss this as price for this is based upon the size and value of the product being shipped.
